Starting and maintaining
a layaway with Express Powersports is fast and easy!

Start by choosing the vehicle you wish to purchase. A member of our staff will create a layaway invoice that will have a vehicle's total price including any taxes,fees,etc. associated with the purchase. The customer then is required to make an initial down payment that is approximately 50% of the total cost of the vehicle,* unless another amount has been agreed upon with Express Powersports management. The term length of the layaway is 6 months from the day that the layaway is started, *unless a different term length has been agreed upon with Express Powersports management. There is not a "minimum payment requirement" or "schedule for payments" to be made. However, there is a Cancellation Fee of 50%, of total of the funds already applied, if the layaway is terminated by the customer, prior to completion. If the vehicle has to be "special ordered", and the customer chooses to terminate the layaway, the Cancellation Fee is 75% of total of the funds already applied to the layaway.

* Any deviations in down payment amounts, term length or any other details of a layaway with Express Powersports, must be approved by and agreed to and noted on invoice, by both Express Powersports management and the customer involved in the layaway transaction. Express Powersports reserves the right to change the vehicle in this layaway, after consultation with the customer, due to model or color being no longer available, etc. When a layaway goes beyond the stated term length and is not fully paid for by the customer, Express Powersports will consult with the customer to resolve the issue. However, if the customer cannot be reached and has not contacted Express Powersports within 14 days of the "original completion date" of the layaway, Express Powersports shall exercise it's right to terminate the layaway and all layaway proceeds[payments] shall become property of Express Powersports.
